Senate on Thursday swore in a 12-member adhoc committee.
The Senator Abubakar Kyari led committee, is to liaise with the management of the National Assembly on matters of housekeeping.
The committee is also expected to work out how seats will be allocated in the chamber and also how offices will shared to the lawmakers.
Senate President Lawan, while inaugurating the committee said the assignment given to the committee begins with immediate effect.
Senator Kyari and his committee is to work with the clerk of the Senate and should within two weeks submit its report.
This is coming just as the lawmakers has adjourned for two weeks, to resume on July 2.
The Senate said the period will allow the National Assembly management to come up with better arrangements for the lawmakers’ office accommodation.
